Yoga Teacher Trainings at Feelgoodstudio
Do you want to become a yoga teacher or take your own yoga practice to the next level? Then you’ve come to the right place! We regularly offer training and further education courses for yoga teachers. You can find an explanation of the various training courses (200 & 300 hours as well as modular training) and an overview of all current training courses here:
200 hours yoga teacher training
The 200-hour yoga teacher training course is the basic training for all yoga teachers. In this course you will learn essential basics, build your teaching skills and deepen your personal practice. You will learn how to teach asanas in an “all levels” class and learn the basics of yoga philosophy and anatomy. Most schools require you to have completed a 200-hour training course before you can register for the 300-hour training course. This training is taught in English by Julia Rakus, Eva-Maria Hinterwirth and Knut Rakus. Together, your team of teachers has more than 60 years of teaching experience.
From October 2026 we offer the next 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training:
300 hours yoga teacher training
The 300-hour yoga teacher training is often referred to as advanced training and builds on the knowledge and skills of the 200-hour training. In this course, you will deepen your existing knowledge and improve your teaching skills and personal practice. You will learn to teach more challenging “advanced” asanas and delve deeper into topics such as yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology. Most schools require a completed 200-hour training in order to be able to register for the 300-hour training. After completing the course, you can register as an RYT-300 with the Yoga Alliance, for example, provided you have also successfully completed a 200-hour course.
From November 2026 we offer our next 300 hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training led by Julia Rakus, Lea Büchele, Benji Fink and Knut Rakus:
