Have you recent­ly become a moth­er and want to regain your body aware­ness? You can start regres­sion imme­di­ate­ly after the post­par­tum peri­od. How­ev­er, dis­cuss the start with your doc­tor or mid­wife as a pre­cau­tion. The course rebuilds the parts of the body that have been heav­i­ly stressed by the birth, such as the pelvic floor, the severe­ly stretched abdom­i­nal mus­cles and the back mus­cles. This ses­sion offers space to feel good, have fun, talk and ask questions. 

Mats and facil­i­ties for the chil­dren are avail­able. Please bring com­fort­able cloth­ing and socks.
