An explanation of the different trainings (200 & 300 hours as well as a modular training) and an overview of all current trainings can be found here.

We offer some English workshops and trainings as well!

200 hour yoga teacher training

The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is the basic training standard and an introduction to teaching yoga. In this course you will learn the basic elements of yoga anatomy, philosophy and practice. You will gain the knowledge and skills to teach a yoga class and deepen your own practice. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a 200-hour yoga teacher certification.

At Feelgoodstudio we currently offer two 200 hour trainings: You can take a Hot & Hatha Yoga Teacher Training led by Senior Teacher Katharina Wogrolly or or a Multistyle 200h Training in cooperation with Townhouse Yoga, led by Bruno Teyssandier and Eva-Maria Hinterwirth. The training led by Bruno and Eva-Maria is taught in English!

300 hour yoga teacher training

The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is often referred to as the Advanced Training and builds on the knowledge and skills of the 200-hour training. In this course you will deepen your already learned knowledge and improve your teaching skills and personal practice. You will learn to teach more challenging “advanced” asanas and delve more deeply into topics such as yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology. Most schools require a completed 200-hour training in order to enroll in the 300-hour training. With us, you can take individual modules without completing a 200-hour training if you want to deepen your practice. After completing the course, you can register as a RYT-300 with the Yogaalliance, for example, provided you have also successfully completed a 200-hour course.

For the first time we offer a 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training led by Julia Rakus and Knut Rakus starting November 2023 (in German)!

Modular yoga teacher training

Modular yoga trainings offer you the flexibility to design your training or continuing education according to your individual needs. They follow a modular system, where you can book the individual modules according to your interests and time possibilities. With modular trainings you can explore the different aspects of yoga teaching according to your priorities. You can choose modules on specific topics such as teaching methods, anatomy & physiology, yoga for specific target groups (such as Pre & Postnatal Yoga), in-depth yoga philosophy etc. and book them individually. This allows you to focus on specific areas or to gradually expand your knowledge and skills.

The advantages of a modular training are that you can adapt the curriculum and the time frame to your needs. This is especially useful if you already have other commitments or want to deepen a certain aspect of the training in a specific time. Modular trainings also offer the opportunity to get to know different teachers and teaching methods. Because modules are often led by different teachers and experts, you will receive a diverse education and different perspectives on yoga. This can enrich your understanding and experience and help you develop your own style as a yoga teacher.

A large portion of our 200 hour and 300 hour trainings are modular! In addition, we regularly offer workshops on many different topics.

Currently we offer in the Feelgoodstudio a 100h Hot Yoga Training with Katharina Wogrolly as well as different modules from the 300h Advanced Teacher Training — from Yoga Therapy, Anatomy and Physiology to Pregnancy and Postpartum Yoga. Markus Henning Giess from Yintherapy will also offer two excellent Yin Yoga and Anatomy Teacher Trainings (Level 1 and Level 2) as a guest teacher in 2024 (in German).
