YOGA: Our classes are almost exclusively all-levels classes. This means: The content of each class is adapted to the needs of the people present, and you’re welcome to join any class. In terms of content and style, we teach yoga the way we learned it from many teachers and through our own daily practice. We don’t follow any external doctrine — only our own experience. For us, there is only one yoga – one love!
PILATES: In addition to yoga, we offer a diverse range of Pilates classes – ideal for building strength, improving posture, and developing functional body stability.
Our classes are designed so you can join anytime. Just like in yoga, they are all levels – you adjust the intensity to suit your body.
FEELGOODMAMA: A core pillar of our Feelgood studios is women’s health. We support women through all stages of femininity, pregnancy, and motherhood—from fertility and conception, through pregnancy and birth preparation for couples (prenatal), to recovery and rebuilding after birth (postnatal).

👍 Trial class for only €12: Your first class with us costs just €12, no matter which class you choose. The easiest way is to pick something from the schedule that suits you and sign up.
👍 Your first 10-Class Pass for only €120: You enjoyed your first class with us? Then here’s another offer for you: your first 10-Class Pass costs only €120 (instead of €170).
👍 Your first 30 Days UNLIMITED for only €89: You want to practice more and more regularly? Then our time passes are perfect — with them you can join unlimited classes in all studios (+online) and really dive in. Your first 30 days cost only €89 (instead of €120).
All products are valid in all studios.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS:
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel good.
- Be a yogi, be on time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the class starts.
- First time on the mat? Let your teacher know so we can support your individual needs.
- A full stomach doesn’t enjoy yoga – we recommend not eating 2–3 hours before class.
- The practice room is a place of calm. Please keep your phone on silent and leave it in the changing room.
- Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. For all regular classes, we offer free rental mats (excluding our studio in 1150).
- For “Hot” classes, please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and towel. You can also rent these on site (€3 mat | €3 towel | €5 mat + towel).
