Try-Out at the Feelgoodstudio

You’re new to us?

We’re happy to have you!

Our classes are almost exclusively all-levels classes. This means: The content of each class is adapted to the needs of the people present, and you’re welcome to join any class. In terms of content and style, we teach yoga the way we learned it from many teachers and through our own daily practice. We don’t follow any external doctrine — only our own experience. For us, there is only one yoga – one love!

THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS:

- Wear comfortable clothing that you feel good in and can move freely in.

- Bring your own yoga mat if you have one! For all regular classes we offer free rental mats (excluding the Hot Yoga classes in 1150!).

- For “Hot” classes, please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and towel! You can also rent a mat and towel on site. (Mat €3 | Towel €3 | Mat + Towel €5)

- Be a yogi, be on time! Arrive on time, ideally about 10 minutes before the class begins.

- Your very first time on the mat? Please let your teacher know so we can support your needs.

- A full stomach doesn’t enjoy yoga.

- The practice room is a place of calm.
