our yoga classes
The contents of the classes are adapted to the needs of those present. In terms of content and stylistic, we continue to teach yoga as we have learned from many teachers and through our own daily practice. We do not follow a strange thought-construct, but exclusively our own experiences. For us, there is only one yoga — one love!
Since we believe that yoga should be adapted to yoga for the practitioners and not the practitioners, we avoid “draw-book” thinking, which regularly brings us new “yoga” styles. Therefore, we largely forgo classifications and descriptions of our yoga units, since your body and your requirements for your yoga practice are different every day. Our teachers have many years of experience to adapt the lessons to the students present.
