Yoga for pregnant women

Yoga for preg­nant women enhances body aware­ness, improves com­mu­ni­ca­tion between Mama and baby and pro­vides holis­tic well­ness of body, spir­it and soul. Tar­get­ed exer­cis­es strength­en and relax the back, teach you to reg­u­late your breath­ing and pre­pare you for the changes to your body and for child­birth. Every Mama can begin the exer­cis­es from the very first day of her preg­nan­cy. The exer­cis­es are adjust­ed depend­ing on how far the preg­nan­cy has pro­gressed, and reg­u­lar prac­tice is both rec­om­mend­ed and relax­ing right up until the birth. Of course, all of our teach­ers are moth­ers them­selves, so they can use their own expe­ri­ences to answer all man­ner of questions.
This is the log­i­cal con­tin­u­a­tion of yoga for preg­nant women. Spe­cif­ic exer­cis­es are also prac­tised for the peri­od fol­low­ing the birth, while spe­cial asanas sup­port post­na­tal involution.
