When Miruna start­ed prac­tic­ing yoga 16 years ago, she used the class­es as a method to stay in shape. After yoga she felt very good in her body, calm but strong, recharged and flex­i­ble for her work as a dancer.
Every­day she keeps find­ing new sen­sa­tions deep with­in and not a day goes by where she tries to improve the func­tion­al­i­ty of her mus­cles, joints and spine. Yoga helps her to focus on the inside, to arrive in her body and find still­ness. Above all, she tries to improve strength, move­ment and flex­i­bil­i­ty as well as mobil­i­ty of the spine.
