When Miruna started practicing yoga 16 years ago, she used the classes as a method to stay in shape. After yoga she felt very good in her body, calm but strong, recharged and flexible for her work as a dancer.
Everyday she keeps finding new sensations deep within and not a day goes by where she tries to improve the functionality of her muscles, joints and spine. Yoga helps her to focus on the inside, to arrive in her body and find stillness. Above all, she tries to improve strength, movement and flexibility as well as mobility of the spine.
