Cecil­ia lives Yoga as a phi­los­o­phy of life. She had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to study dif­fer­ent yoga method­olo­gies and believes in the heal­ing pow­er that this ancient dis­ci­pline offer, the phys­i­cal and men­tal well-being based on will and deter­mi­na­tion. Yoga is a great tool to go through life from a recep­tive and con­scious per­spec­tive. She loves teach­ing and see­ing how each of the stu­dents man­ages to heal and redis­cov­er them­selves, hav­ing a more har­mo­nious and healthy life. With a pro­fes­sion­al back­ground, Cecil­ia likes dance and all fit­ness activ­i­ties that restore the body and mind.
