Train­ing and par­tic­i­pa­tion conditions

Cus­tomers of Feel­go­od­stu­dio or Yoga Col­lege, Burggasse 31/7, 1070 Vien­na, Paulan­er­gasse 13, 1040 Vien­na, Neubaugür­tel 47, 5th floor/Top, 1150 Vien­na, acknowl­edge the fol­low­ing train­ing and par­tic­i­pa­tion con­di­tions for the events offered as legal­ly binding:

1. Any injuries and oper­a­tions (with approx­i­mate date) in recent years, or acute health prob­lems or con­cerns (espe­cial­ly regard­ing the spine), must be dis­cussed with the train­er or the stu­dio man­age­ment before tak­ing part in the respec­tive session.
2. Par­tic­i­pa­tion in all ses­sions at Feel­go­od­stu­dio is always at your own risk; Feel­go­od­stu­dio there­fore accepts no lia­bil­i­ty of any kind for any injuries and/or adverse health consequences.
3. Par­tic­i­pants under­take to report any health impair­ment occur­ring dur­ing a ses­sion to the ses­sion leader or the stu­dio imme­di­ate­ly, so that the ses­sion can be adjust­ed in good time and appro­pri­ate­ly. If this oblig­a­tion is not met, any lia­bil­i­ty on the part of Feel­go­od­stu­dio or the ses­sion leader is like­wise excluded.
4. Par­tic­i­pants under­take to fol­low the instruc­tions giv­en by the ses­sion leader, in par­tic­u­lar regard­ing when, where and how exer­cis­es, move­ment sequences etc. should or should not be performed.
5. The agreed par­tic­i­pa­tion fee is payable at the start of each ses­sion. If a ses­sion is end­ed ear­ly for what­ev­er rea­son, fees paid will not be refund­ed; any refund is at the dis­cre­tion of the stu­dio management.
6. Booked ses­sions (in par­tic­u­lar treat­ments, per­son­al train­ing and con­sul­ta­tions) must be can­celled at least 24 hours before the ses­sion starts. If this dead­line is not met, a can­cel­la­tion fee is payable. The amount of the can­cel­la­tion fee is at the dis­cre­tion of the stu­dio man­age­ment. In the event of a no-show for a booked ses­sion, or of a can­cel­la­tion made less than one hour before the ses­sion starts, the full par­tic­i­pa­tion fee is payable.
