
Have you recently become a mother and want to regain your body awareness? You can start regression immediately after the postpartum period. However, discuss the start with your doctor or midwife as a precaution. The course rebuilds the parts of the body that have been heavily stressed by the birth, such as the pelvic floor, the severely stretched abdominal muscles and the back muscles. This session offers space to feel good, have fun, talk and ask questions.
Mats and facilities for the children are available. Please bring comfortable clothing and socks.
