This is an in-depth course that’s suit­able for any­one who works with the body pro­fes­sion­al­ly, or those with a move­ment or fit­ness prac­tice who would like a bet­ter under­stand­ing of the rela­tion­ship between struc­ture and move­ment.

It is a unique oppor­tu­ni­ty to learn and refine your hands-on engage­ment with the body

This course will teach you the guid­ing prin­ci­ples to under­stand how you and oth­ers move, and could move bet­ter with more flex­i­bil­i­ty, sta­bil­i­ty, and pow­er.

(This course expands upon the con­cepts explored in the Anato­my & Move­ment Series.)

Mitchell has been study­ing body, bio­me­chan­ics and breath for decades. His intu­itive under­stand­ing of move­ments pat­terns is informed by his work as an Ash­tan­ga Mysore teacher and his expe­ri­ence with assist­ing prac­ti­tion­ers across a wide range of move­ment dis­ci­plines through Struc­tur­al Inte­gra­tion (‘Rolf­ing) to lib­er­ate their fas­cia so they can find free­dom of expres­sion in their dis­ci­pline whether it be dance, cross fit, yoga or sport.
