This 60 minute unit is your per­fect start to the day! In a small group a dynam­ic sequence is prac­ticed at posi­tions. The focus is on strength­en­ing mus­cle, improv­ing stretch­ing, greater flex­i­bil­i­ty, bal­ance and coor­di­na­tion.
